The App is a private, internal content-production tool. It is not offered to the public, and access is limited to persons authorized by BULL EYE GLOBAL SERVICES S.L.
By connecting a YouTube account (or, where enabled, another platform account) to the App, the account holder authorizes the App to publish content to that account on their behalf. The account holder can revoke this authorization at any time, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
The App is used only with content that the operator owns or has permission to use. All published content must comply with the terms and policies of each platform, including the YouTube Terms of Service.
The App uses official APIs of third-party platforms, which are subject to their own terms. BULL EYE GLOBAL SERVICES S.L. is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, YouTube, Meta or TikTok.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, BULL EYE GLOBAL SERVICES S.L. is not liable for indirect damages arising from its use or from the unavailability of third-party services.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that may apply.
